Below are the general terms of trade for users of driven and owned by DK Company Online A/S, Thrigesvej 7, 7430 Ikast, CVR 19778649.

For your and clarity, we have gone to great lengths to describe the terms and conditions so understandable and short as possible. We recommend that you read the terms of trade before buying at the webshop

Ordering, changes & annulment

How do I place an order on

To complete a correct order of goods at proceed through the following five (5) steps.

  1.  Find the item (s) you want, choose your size, put it in the shopping cart and then proceed to the basket

  2. In the shopping cart you can browse your selected items, possibly use a gift code (if you own such a) and then choose your preferred delivery method. In connection to the latter you may be prompted to enter your zip code, phone number, and request a delivery point, if required for that delivery method. Next, proceed to the next step

    Regarding gift codes (also called discount codes) you should be aware that you can not combine more of these in the same purchase. When you add a gift code, you can immediately see that your total amount has been written down.

  3. After you have proceeded from the shopping cart, please enter your personal information including name, address, etc., as this information helps to ensure that your package will reach you correctly. All information provided is also kept safe and confidential in accordance with applicable legislation.

    Finally, please accept these Terms of Service by ticking the box "I Accept Terms of Service" as it is required to complete your order. At this stage you also have the option to choose another delivery address from the billing address (e.g. gift purchases, etc.) and you also have the option to subscribe to our inspiring newsletter, filled with the latest fashion trends, great deals and much more

  4. After you have entered your information and accepted the terms of trade, you must select the payment method you wish to use in the next step. At this stage, you also have the opportunity to review your shipping and billing information

  5. Finally, you will be taken to the payment window, where you will be asked to enter credit card information in connection with purchase on debit card, social security number in connection with purchase on invoice and the like

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt on your informed email address confirming receipt of your order. Immediately after the package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your package's unique tracking number (Track and Trace Number) and an order confirmation.

Please note that you are responsible for the information you provide on the order, as we do not check or validate these at the back end.



Changement and annulment of the order

When the order has been processed it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.

If you regret your purchase, we kindly ask you to refuse the receipt of the parcel, or receive the parcel and return the parcel with the help of the prepaid return label, which are included in the parcel.



We offer a wide range of delivery methods, so you can choose the option that suits you best. Common to all delivery methods is that the delivery time is fast, and the price is low - the majority of the customers at actually get FREE SHIPPING.

Prices for the delivery is shown in the next section.

Below you can read more about the different delivery methods we offer.

  • STANDARD (delivery 2-3 business days): Your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days with Bring, PostNord or GLS. You have the option to choose delivery to service points (parcel shop, shop, etc.) or home to your private address.

  • STANDARD AFTEN (delivery 2-3 working days): For you who want delivery to your home address, but only at home during the evening, we offer evening delivery with Bring in the time 17-21 on weekdays.

    In the event that the driver is in your area earlier in the day, the driver may contact you for prior delivery or that the package must be placed in an agreed place on your land register. You are in your good right to thank no for prior or alternative delivery, in which case the driver will only return in the evening for the agreed period.

  • EXPRESS (delivery next day before 16:00): If you are going to use your package as soon as possible, you will be able to purchase day-to-day delivery with DHL Express, where delivery is already done the day after. 16.00. Day to day delivery applies to all orders placed Monday to Thursday before. 14.00 (not applicable to non-fragile islands).

If you are registered with Receiver Flex or other arrangements where your package must be put in an agreed place, this will be done at your own risk, as flex delivery will be based on an agreement between you and the carrier.



All prices on are daily prices and quoted in DKK incl. VAT and other taxes.

The price you pay for delivery depends on the delivery method you want and the total value of your order. The latter means that on many of the available delivery methods you can obtain FREE SHIPPING just because the total value of the goods in your shopping cart amounts to at least kr. 499.

Calculation of discount

In cases where you get the option to use a gift code (also called discount code), your discount will be distributed weightily on all line items.

For example, if you have a gift code of kr. 200, then the discount will be distributed on all items in your shopping cart, with the most discount on the highest value items. a shirt for 1000 DKK will therefore receive a larger part of the total discount of 200 kr. than a shirt for 500 kr. etc.

If you have a gift code with a percentage discount (eg 10%), you will get 10% on each item in your shopping cart.

Please note that some gift codes do not apply to selected brands or to already discounted items, so in these cases you will not see a discount deducted from these items.

Payment & Security

When you shop at, your payment takes place in a secure environment. No one (except yourself) can read your credit card information or other sensitive payment information as all of these data are encrypted. You can confirm that this is a safe place to shop, in one of the following two (2) ways.

  1. A padlock is displayed in the address bar at the top of your browser, indicating that the connection is secure and that all your information is private

  2. We use encrypted HTTPS protocol, which is also indicated in the address bar. This type of encryption is the same type of encryption you find on your online bank, on the TAX website, etc.

At you can pay with all the usual credit cards (Dankort, VISA, MasterCard and debit cards), with Klarna invoice and with MobilePay. When using MobilePay, use the Mobile app on your mobile phone, you must have a payment card for online shopping and then you must approve the payment in the app within 5 minutes.

When paying by credit card or MobilePay, which is also free of charge, we will not deduct the money until your order has been processed and we can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved in connection with the payment. If your order is delivered over several times, we only deduct the amount of what we ship per delivery

If you have bought something that is not suitable for size or taste, you are of course welcome to return the item (s) it concerns. You have fourteen (14) days full return from the day you receive your package or from the day your package lands at the desired service point


How to return items ordered on

Return is easy as you can simply use the free return label attached to your order by sticking this outside the shipping package on top of the original shipping label. You are also welcome to use a shipping form other than the attached return label, in which case this is at your own expense and risk.

In order to facilitate the processing time, and thus also increase the speed of when you get your money back, it is very important that you fill out and enclose the returned return bill with reason codes for your return (s).

Return of goods is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are properly packaged.

Remember! Your return package must be handed in at the correct carrier - PostNord packages at PostNord mail stores, GLS packages at GLS package shopping, Bring packages at Bring package shopping, etc. - as the individual carriers do not distribute each other's packages. In addition, return packages must NEVER be sent without shipment or per. COD.


How to exchange goods ordered at 

If you wish to change to a different size or color, please place a new order at and then send the unwanted item back to us. In this way you will receive the correct item (s) as soon as possible and the money for the return goods will be credited within five (5) business days of arrival to our warehouse.


All refunds will be made within five (5) business days after arrival to our warehouse, after which the money should be visible on your account. If you have paid with MasterCard, however, it may take up to thirty (30) days before the money is visible on your account.

Refunds of invoice-paid orders run completely automatically through the invoice provider, and of course you only pay for the items you keep.


Return of Christmas present

All products purchased during the period 1 November to 23 December are considered Christmas gifts, which means that all orders placed during this period can be returned until January 31st.



Please return goods in good, undamaged and unused condition to expect a refund of the purchase price of the product. If goods are not returned in substantially the same condition as delivery (including original brands), then we reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase value, which will usually accrue to kr. 0 as we can’t resell. used goods.

You are of course welcome to try the item to estimate size, fit, etc. without affecting the value of the item.

Of course, the above is not valid for approved claims for good which have already been used.



All products purchased on are, of course, covered by twenty-four (24) months of complaint as long as the complaint is justified and consequently not due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. A complaint must always be made within "reasonable time" after the defect or damage has been discovered, which will usually be within a two (2) month period after the complaint has been discovered.

Approved claims will, in cases where possible, be exchanged and otherwise a refund of the purchase price will be made. Repayments are credited either on your invoice if this was the payment method you used and otherwise it will happen to the payment card you used to complete the order.

Be aware that both inside and outside can be surplus colour in products made of leather material. There is no guarantee that contamination can’t occur, however, this can be prevented by impregnating the product.


How to create a complaint

When you want to complain about a product, please complete the return note that came with your order with the correct reason code for the complaint and then return the item back to us using the attached return label. Trustpilot and the freight carrier you choose to deliver your package as this information helps us to provide the best possible service for you, for example by to be able to deliver your package to the correct address.
